The most common complaints

“You shouldn`t overload your eyes. Take a five minute break every hour and blink more often – not less than 13 times a minute. It is essential to go out during lunchtime and use Theratears (eye drops), if the air in the room is too dry.

“Besides, it is important to place a monitor not less than 70 sm away from eyes (laptop may be a bit closer) and a little bit lower to eyelevel. In such a way your eyes will not get so tired, especially if you often blink and moist them.

“Also, to prevent health problems, you should necessarily exercise two or three times a week and eat more fruit and vegetables.”

“Reasons of seeing ophthalmologist may be different: a subjective decrease of vision clarity, strange dotted vision, eye reddening, burning, shape deformation of subjects. I usually ask patients to look at the subject with one eye, then with another one comparing the picture. We often don`t notice that one eye has bad vision and we can sometimes find it out by accident.”

“In my free time I sew. If I hadn’t become a doctor, I would have probably been a sewer. I sew clothes for my daughter and for myself. I love it a lot, in such moments I relax.”
